Coat Room Bylaws

We hereby do declare and so forth and so on that every member has access to the following rules and regulations set forth by the governing body with the soul intent of justly and righteously upholding a standard of decorum. Any violations of these rules are paramount to sedition and will be dealt with swiftly by unanimous consent of the ruling body.

* Coat Rooms will always fall on the Third Thursday of the month unless otherwise communicated by the ruling body.

* The admittance fee for each Coat Room is $25 and gains you access to both our monthly Coat Room Men's Club event and to Alexander Pierce's member's only areas for the 30 days following your Coat Room.

* There are absolutely no refunds or roll-forwards of your $25 payment. If you pay and cannot make it, you forfeit the cash and the ruling body enjoys a drink on you. Many thanks!

* The invite for the following month's Coat Room will typically be sent the Friday after a Coat Room.

* Standby attendees who are admitted upon a cancellation still need to pay the $25 because everyone and we mean everyone pays the $25. Yes, the governing body may end up with more free drinks because of this arrangement. This is much obliged. Cheers and thank you.

* If the final payee ends upon the "7th Chair," said payee will be given the option of refund rather than endure the said "7th Chair." All rights and privileges of the "7th Chair" (including the scepter accessory) shall be forfeit upon refund.

* There will be a minimum of four (4) Guarantors per cycle.

*All Guarantors will get one guaranteed pick during their 12 month cycle.

* No Guarantor will ever sit "Surprise 7th Chair."
